Happenings from here…
- Just came out of one hell of a long weekend. Except for a few constructive activities, bulk was spent doing “Nothing”
- Kids dance performance coming up this weekend. My better half is more stressed than the kids!
- Am attending a MOOCS course on Creative Writing – Building Plots, Character, Milieu and Style
- Yesterday something called “Enchantigo” arrived – It’s a gift pack customized for kids with a couple of books, some props (that goes with the book) and some goodies. The idea is to make the kids excited about reading and hence develop them into naturally a voracious readers. Both my daughters loved it (and the very idea of the “surprise element” it carried). However not too sure if that will convert them into a reader it envisions to. Have taken a 3 month subscription to check how it goes.
- Have dinner plans today with existing and some old friends from work
- That’s it.
